About me
Hi, I’m Ibis.
I am a certified coach and mentor with a particular interest in how people respond to challenges and periods of change.
If you feel stuck, lacking confidence, or stretched by the expectations around you, coaching provides the space to step back, reflect and consider how you want to move forward.
My coaching is not about fixing problems or providing answers; it’s about exploring what is happening, identifying patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop ways of thinking and acting that feel both effective and sustainable.
My Journey
As a student, I attended an international school and completed the IB programme. I experienced first-hand how demanding academic environments can shape habits of perfectionism, over-performance and constant pressure.
Later, in my corporate career working across international roles and time zones, those same patterns intensified.
Like many professionals operating in high-responsibility environments, I became accustomed to always being available, taking on more than was sustainable, and placing expectations on myself that were difficult to maintain over time.
Eventually, this led to burnout.
This experience now shapes how I support both professionals and students navigating demanding environments. I care deeply about helping people approach their responsibilities in a way that protects their wellbeing, encourages healthy boundaries and allows them to maintain balance.
